We teach fighting, but we raise character. As the only club in the region we combine karate with fitness and mental training — for better endurance, range of motion and overall athletic performance.

The club
KARATELITE is a club affiliated with the IFK federation.
We have been active for many years — earlier under a different name. Our roots go back to Karate Oyama.
We are recognised among karate clubs in Silesia. Our athletes have been competing for 20 years.
Our philosophy focuses on all-round development — we believe that with a bit of commitment, every participant can become a competitor.
Head coach
Rafał Wieczorowski

Multiple Polish karate champion and Polish national team member. At competitions in the USA he won bronze in knockdown open. He also has K1 experience — winning two fights at a WIP gala.
As a coach he has produced Polish, European and World champions. The club twice won first place as the best club at events with around 30 clubs from Poland and abroad.
In 2016 he was named Poland's best fitness trainer by Shape magazine and appeared on its cover. He coaches fitness in many clubs and records instructional videos for Fit.pl and Fitgenerator.
